Vintage 1980's Women's Jacket and Culottes Vogue Sewing Pattern by American Designer Perry Ellis ; Loose-fitting, unlined, below hip length jacket has notched collar, dropped shoulders, self-lined yoke and below elbow length sleeves. Yoke is cut on crossgrain. Mid-thigh or mid-calf length culottes have wide, bias waistband extending into tie ends, side pocket and side pocket opening. Purchased tops.
