Girl's Costume for Ballerina, Fairy Princess and Angel with Wings Sewing Pattern; Dress A has fitted, self-lined bodice, gathered skirt forming a ruffle at waist, attached tie ends, back Velcro closing and above elbow sleeves with elastic at cap and lower edge. Dress B has close-fitting, self-lined bodice with elastic at upper edge, skirt, back Velcro closing and purchased ribbon for neckline. Panties have elastic waist and legs.
