The Newport Tote bag pattern is a fantastic bag. The unique handle and loop design allows you to carry the bag a number of different ways. This fully-lined bag is quilted and has inside and outside pockets. Bag size is 18" wide across the top of the bag, 13 1/2" high from top to bottom edges and rectangular bottom is 6" x 12" .
