Women's Pull-on Skirt, Scarf and Lined Jacket Sewing Pattern; Pull-on skirt has elasticized waistline. When skirt is made with pattern, side seam pockets are included. Skirt can be made without pattern using pre-printed scarf panels. Size of panels will determine the finished width of the skirt. Lined to edge jacket is encased in fold-over braid. Scarf made from pre-printed scarf panel or plain fabric, has optional fringe trim.
