Vogue American Designer Joseph Picone Women's Jacket, Wrap Blouse and Skirt Sewing Pattern; semi-fitted, lined, below waist length jacket has shoulder pads, notched collar, side panels, (no side seams), side-front pockets and full length, two-piece sleeves pleated at cap with mock vent and buttons. Slightly flared skirt, 5" below mid-knee, has front pleated and gathered into waistband, side pocket and side pocket opening. Both have pickstitch or topstitch trim. Front wrap blouse has side-buttoned and thread loop, short sleeves pleated at cap and self belt. Top-stitching forms band effect.
