Vintage 1980's Maternity Dress or Top and Pants Sewing Pattern; Dress or top has back zipper opening, bound neckline with optional bow, tucked front. Three quarter length sleeves A, C, with bound hem, and short sleeves B, D have gathered cap. Purchased flower is optional. Pants, in two lengths, have purchased maternity panel and elastic in back waistline casing.
